Chef/Owner Christina Jones spent the last decade working as a Chef for the Worlds most Elite Billionaires on board Super Yachts. After traveling the world she returned to her roots of Mendocino County's wine region of Anderson Valley, in which she started Aquarelle Cafe & Wine Bar. She is bringing with her an expertise of many different cuisines and having a love for Local/Organic produce & Meats she is able to intertwine her creative passions to create fresh and evolving menu.
